iPod Control

The car came with a Denison ICE Link ipod adapter.  I owned one of these before and I hated it.  I hate this one too.  Yes, you have some control over an ipod through the factory radio, but it’s not intuitive and it does not work well.  I replaced this ICE – DICE – Link POS unit with a very basic – maybe even primitive – model.  The replacement offers no head unit control, but the ipod is always unlocked and you just control it from there.  It does at least charge the ipod.  Sometimes simpler is better.
